You can create it yourself !
If you right click on an empty slot in Paint Tool SAI, you can create your own new brushes.
So on this case, right click on an empty slot, click on the binary pen and you can manually add the settings like mine. :3

I think it's amazing that you can sketch on a 50x50 canvas from the get-go; I've tried that shit and I just couldn't make anything decent OTL (I draw and animate mine on a 600x600 pixel canvas, only to shrink it in the end :/)

I bet it might be easier with poses when you shrink it. I love your animations tho, they always look smooth and you animate so much parts of the body. x-x (So far I only manage to do eyes/ears/tails (but not when they're fluffy) and a simple paw animation ahah.
Yeah I do enjoy adding filters at the end, sometimes it helps to make the colors a bit more vibrant. ^-^
