Gears of War...The series has always been about 2 things for me. The Locust onslaught and the brother hood between Dom and Marcus. This represents the Onslaught. Great Series, Great game. Loved how Epic took over Deviant Art for the month of September.Here's my co op shot [link]

No- No cog version- That would be cool to see though- this was for the Gears of War 3 contest a few years back. Made the top 100 and won the game and 200 bucks cash though

That's quite an accomplishment. Remember the old days when this game came out. Hope gears of war 4 will be good. I'll be impressed if it is better than its predecessor.

I can appreciate the details, but the colours are all wrong.
Far too vibrant for the Locust.
Also is the image squashed a bit horizontally? A lot of the character here look... crushed.
Good start, but some tweaks could make this something really special.

I used Photoshop cs 2...your pencil drawing it nice. But the format is in the wrong dimensions. I think that is what cost a lot of people

yea, I thought so too but I was drawing game characters and creatures already thought up, Im best when its my own original characters.....could of colored it though

I love how the Kantus is the only colorful one out of all of them, hehe. Not complaining, it adds to his overall priest look. But great image nonetheless! A great depiction of a locust charge

In response to your description comment, No doubt! This game has been almost all I've been thinking about this month because of the contest. I haven't even played this game at all. Not even the first 2.
