Well done sir, tis sure is a wonderful image.
Looked at this for quite a while, I always loved when people put enough detail in the drawings for one to admire. And a golf-clap to you for the drawing of TF2-content.
The only critique one might offer is the apparent lack of hats on the spy, as it makes him appear poor and Irish.

I notice there's this subtle lightness of color around all of the black lines, giving the image a "sharp" look. I actually see it in a lot of images...is it deliberate effect, or a result of JPG, in your image? I am trying to do the same thing. ;A;

Yep it's a deliberate effect. I use the "sharpen" tool in photoshop to do that. I dunno why I just like the way it looks.
Oh of course. I can't stand the animu style being mixed with TF2 either, unless it's for humorous reasons haha.
