oh, i don't know. i guess its just not my favorite piece. i like the installation of it (also in scraps) better than the actual drawing. i've got a bunch of stuff that is destined for my scraps, maybe i should consider putting some of it in my gallery. do you think this should be in my gallery?

in my opinion yes. because it shows a different side to you. its your first colorific piece. do you still have it? i want to see it closer. not that your walls arent exciting... i didnt understand it being in the free bin--> did you give it away? for free? in a bin? c'mon now that hurts me.

free art for all! you're right though, my gallery could use some more colorific pieces. my new semesters resolution is to produce an art piece with color.

just one? ok now i need you to pay close attention to what you are about to read. it is very important.
-keep every single thing you do in art school.-
dont give it away, dont trash it, keep it. if you cant keep it (its too big or whatnot) photograph it alot. you will be able to see yourself in the midst of your art growth thats pretty much a once in a lifetime experience. so 5 minute illustrations might be ok for the free bin but not big beautiful ones. you deserve to be compensated for that --> it was beautiful. get used to getting paid for what you do you and your art are worth it.

thank you for that. believe me i have more art projects than i know what to do with! mostly what i give away is to those whom i love, that free bin was a fluke. i do appreciate your comments and i understand that this is the time to experiment and grow while i'm in school. i have been doing alot of documentation while i've been in school and plan on doing alot more.
