Emotions get in my way
Why can't I just say the things that need to be said?
The human mind is far too complicated
I wish we were all robots

Robots don't need to eat, or defecate
They don't need exercise, or warmth
Some need shelter, but that is excusable
Because those ones usually make my life easier

Robots don't need emotional support
They don't need a mom and a dad
They don't need a counselor
And when they have a problem, they don't whine

Robots would make this world better
They would remove all the flaws
They wouldn't be terrorists, or capitalists, they would just do their jobs
And if a robot didn't do its job, it would be thrown out

We've been around for a while
I know I’ve had my fill of humanity
So, let's make a future for the robots
And then WE'LL be obsolete
