Adventure Time is such a bizarre show--I adore it. It's really creative with this wonderful creepy air to it.
And it has this guy. He's really a terrible father, but man do I love his character (his name as well--it's such a cool name!). He's such an asshat. And his design is very appealing to me. A lot of Adventure Time designs are appealing to me; it's all so simple, even childish, but so very intriguing. Because the show's style is so simplistic it leaves a lot for interpretation, which is always a ton of fun.

(Btw, have you read the Adventure Time Encyclopedia? It's written by Abadeer(in actuality Martin Olson, his voice actor and father to Olivia Olson, who plays Marceline) and it contains so many goodies, and you get to hear about all the characters from his cynical, yet humorous point of view.)

And no I haven't read that. And I only just discovered that little tidbit about Martin Olson and Olivia Olsen when I was looking up reference for Abadeer here. I find extra things like the encyclopedia you mentioned fun, but it's not really something I'd engage a lot of my time in. Maybe some afternoon when I'm not too tired though!
