my brother, Shalewhyte, started a mutnats and masterminds game set in his world of EATHS (look him up on DA to see his stuff, hes worked on it for years. and i helped!) so i made a new hero! these are just some concepts ideas for his first outfit.
his name is London Gray, and is called Protean, a type of empowered being called a relive, as they are brought back to life when they get their powers. Gray is not actually 'human' (ignore the whole anthro shark thing, EATHS is an anthro world so 'human' means average anthro) he is actually the oldest known relive, a caveman over 10 million years old.

he has a power called Self Supremacy, which allows him to control his own body, so shortly after coming back to life and growing a new body from his fossilized bones, he 'updated' his mind and body to be equivelant to a normal person. he is a very caring and man, and as his old family died long ago, and that it would be impossible to find a direct descendant, he feels that the whole world can be considered his family, and thats good enough for him to fight bad people.
