The year is 2026 and PMC's (Private Military Companies) are poping up around the world, gaining power as they go. Some, like the EDF, are armed with the latest and greatest military hardware on the market but many others have to get by with handed down tech like older M4's, M16's, and AK's. To give them an edge Mobius Arm's, a sub company of Mobius Industries created a mod to get any M4 to what they call the "A6" series. What this mod does is remove the gas system to reload and instead replaces it with an electric and magnetic system. This significantly reduses the guns weight and increases it's rate of fire. They also replace many of the body parts with strong and light weight plastics. The last thing the mod does is make the M4 ambidextrous.
