This one's very playful, the "alice in wonderland" theme comes to mind. Again, I love the colour co-ordination. My favourite bit has got to be the caterpillar!

It blends well, but the angle is kinda awkward. Not a favorite, but it's got a fun whismical air about it. I like the colors and the creatures you use. I totally understand what you mean .. I'm feeling the same way about my latest too.

Mmm, perhaps it's the angle. I like it when you see exactly what I see in my works. I did submit it only for this "whimsical air", the mood it carried. It just didn't "flow" you know, while I was making it, it was a bit forced.

yup. no flow. my eyes get confused, trying to figure which way is up. which isn't a bad thing, sometimes, but it seems jumbled. It has potential though, don't get me wrong .. the idea is great. And really, that's the wonderful thing about art - everything is a learning experience, whether the piece is good or bad, worthy to show in public or immediately thrown away.

I love this one, very adventurous. I know what you mean, (I get that alot too) but every peice does not have to make you feel like that...perhaps you're not entirely happy with it, but it was still a learning experience. So, everything is always worth something in the end

OMG, I'm so glad you understand this also, I've tried to explain to some people why some of the things I do are just a job, I don't have that from the heart feeling, and when I do something that doesn't have that feeling, to me it shows!

Really? That has happened to me recently, too. I couldn't explain one of my friends why some works I don't consider art. It's odd how even the greatest artwork can mean nothing to its creator if it was just work
