Grievous actually doesn't kill her.
According to the script, Anakin kills her after finding her meditating in her quarters during the purge of the Jedi Temple.
According to the movie, we never see her die at all. Till I see her body IN a revision of ROTS I do not accept her as dead.

yeah it was in one of the sence plays he recaptures her and kills her in fornt of Obi Wan and Anakin just for kicks.

You're talking about the clone wars cartoon right? Because in the final season she lives, infact she protects the chancellor for quite awhile, but then Grievous grabs him while she's seperated from him and when she goes to try and get him back she's just to tired.
Grievous shocks her with an electrical charge and wraps her in the charged wires he used, leaving electricity coursing through her and keeping her in a paralyzed state, unable to use the force, until Mace Windu comes across her while looking for the chancellor. She never dies in season three.
