It's not like Otto could deny Blue on her birthday!Will Jupiter have any interest in meeting with Otto? Hmm... maybe if he's followed his work as a roboticist.
These police ladies seem really nice. One is even offering to drive Blue home while Otto makes a report. :-0 The most help I've ever had from a cop... oh, wait. They've never helped.
Since I just randomly made these two cops female, I was thinking it might be fun to make the majority of the CSA police force female. :3 Like, maybe the CSA had a string of female presidents early on who worked hard to make programs to interest girls in law enforcement. Hehehe. Or does that sound too hokey?

Actually I think it's interesting that the CSA would employ more females. XD Maybe women got their rights faster in the CSA than they did in the USA.

Meh. As long as it isn't forced. Like, don't have "the narrator" jam it down the readers' throats like Hollywood does these days. Just drop some subtle hints like you've been doing: a poster or display in the background, an historical reference here and there.
Also: these two cop ladies remind me an awful lot of the two cops from "Back to the Future: Part II." Am I imagining things?

The two female officers who take young Jennifer back to her house in the future. One is black, one is white, and they kind of look like the two you drew (different hair though). Maybe your subconscious mind reached through and drew them.
