I actually had a FanFiction idea like this. Harry lived with is single, alcoholic, Aunt in london slums and joins slytherin, becoming strong friends with Draco Malfoy. The difference is he's still a good guy... mostly. really wish I had the time to write this actually.

I think how'd it work really is that he'd be a Dark Hero. I think it'd be excellent to see it from a point of view where Harry was power hungry and conquering, eventually fighting Voldemort for the position of MASTER OF EVERYTHING. difference is he's honestly trying to make a better world for everyone, and is fiercely loving and protective aka Badass Potter

Creo que la bronca con Slytherin es que como todos asumen que por ir a Slytherin eres de lo peor, te tratan como basura y crean esos bonitos complejos de inferioridad que hacen a los villanos xD
