After finally bringing back the second missing shard of Sihedron, it was decided to celebrate in style the success of the mission and everyone dressed as best they could for the occasion. Mirixiana opted for a dark dress in the style of Magnimar and Lyrio for a yellow silk shirt under a tan leather overcoat. Carandas chose a blue dress in the style of Absalom that highlighted his bleached white hair. As for Kisaiya who chose to go alone to the Bazaar of the Veils, she came back with a typical Varisian outfit mixing red and gold in the many layers of the garment. Carandas insisted, however, that she put on shoes before going to the best inn in town, which somewhat confused the half-elven girl.
"Are we going to eat here?"Kisaiya asked as they entered the large dining room of the restaurant. It was crowded and the best seats were occupied by Magnimar's most prominent characters.
"Actually, we're going to have dinner," Carandas corrected. Lyrio rolled his eyes.
"And for heaven's sake, stop staring so wide and close that mouth," Carandas said to Kisaiya. "You look like you've never seen anything! »
"But I've never seen anything like this! "She whispered in an intimidated whisper.
"Surely this must be a change from your stinking wagon," sneered Lyrio.
"Everyone's looking at us," Mirixiana whispered, nodding her head towards an acquaintance. "If Zimmandi doesn't know we're back, it'll be done by tomorrow. »
"They're probably looking at her," Lyrio grumbled as he spoke of Kisaiya. "People like her don't have to come here very often. »
"Here's your table," said the lackey.
To show his good manners, Lyrio held Mirixiana's chair as she sat down. He wanted to tell her how lovely she looked tonight, but he changed his mind at the last moment when he saw the way her twin sister looked at him.

A "Shattered Star" Episode located in Magnimar

Après avoir finalement ramené le deuxième fragment manquant du Sihedron, il fut décidé de célébrer avec style le succès de la mission et tout le monde se vêtit du mieux qu'il put pour l'occasion. Mirixiana opta pour une robe sombre dans le style de Magnimar et Lyrio pour une chemise de soie jaune sous un manteau de cuir fauve. Carandas choisit une robe bleue dans le style d'Absalom qui mettait en valeur ses cheveux blancs décolorés. Quant à Kisaiya qui avait décidé de se rendre seule au Bazar des voiles, elle en revint avec une tenue typiquement varisienne mêlant le rouge et l'or dans les nombreuses couches du vêtement. Carandas insista cependant pour qu'elle mette des chaussures avant de se rendre dans la meilleure auberge de la ville, ce qui confondit quelque peu la jeune demi-elfe.
"Allons-nous manger ici? " demanda Kisaiya alors qu'ils entraient dans la grande salle à manger du restaurant. Il y avait foule et les meilleures places étaient occupées par les personnages les plus importants de Magnimar.
"En fait, nous allons dîner ici", corrigea Carandas. Lyrio roula les yeux.
"Et pour l'amour du ciel, arrêtez de tout fixer et fermez cette bouche", dit Carandas à Kisaiya. "On dirait que vous n'avez jamais rien vu ! »
"Mais je n'ai jamais rien vu de tel ! " chuchota-t-elle dans un murmure intimidé.
"Ça doit sûrement vous changer de votre roulotte puante ", ricana Lyrio.
"Tout le monde nous regarde", chuchota Mirixiana, en hochant la tête vers une connaissance. "Si Zimmandi ne sait pas que nous sommes de retour, ce sera chose faite d'ici demain. »
"Ils la reluquent probablement", grogna Lyrio en parlant de Kisaiya. "Les gens comme elle viennent rarement ici. »
"Voici votre table", dit le laquais.
Pour montrer ses bonnes manières, Lyrio tint la chaise de Mirixiana pendant qu'elle s'asseyait. Il voulait lui dire combien elle était belle ce soir, mais il changea d'avis au dernier moment quand il vit la façon dont sa sœur jumelle le regardait.
