May I use this as a background for my My Little Pony OC Character, Blackout? He is the son of Princess Luna and Doctor Hooves and I think this background is absolute ally perfect for his picture. Of course I will link it back here. :3

Oh, wait, it is. I have the BBC's design sheet as my webcam. That's the largest image of RTD's Seal of Rassilon I've been able to find.

Do you have a large copy of the new Seal of Rassilon? I've looked everywhere for it, but I can't find anything much bigger than 200 pixels. And, if I'm not mistaken, that isn't it.
