see? i exist! honest!

anyway, THIS is what has currently been eating my brain like a brain eating zombie that eats brains: Team Fortress 2!

it's a game, and the characters are HILARIOUS. i love them! Here's two of my favs, Sniper and Spy, taking a smoke break. Spy's the guy in the suit, Sniper's the Aussie with the lighter.

It's kind of annoying how much time i spent on that innacurate background, just so i could throw a gaussian blur over it. well, i guess it was a good thing, 'cause that background was oh so very magical. you see, the bridge, is MAGIC. it's in this wonderful three-quarter position, while every other building is MAGICALLY facing the front! and thus, much easier to draw! see? magic!

Im also still conflicted on whether or not i love pinstripe suits, or hate them... weird huh?

anyway, i need this game! i have fallen so very deeply in love with these characters, but i'll probably have to wait until my birthday before i get to play it. in the mean time, i really need to do some hard core practice sketching for these guys. their character designs are so much fun, and i'd like to keep to the original style more than what i've done here.

ah well. hopefully it won't be forever and a half until my next post!
