Description
I see these sometimes and I'm always amazed that they can fly with their odd, skinny wings. I thought I'd get a macro, so I put the 50mm on the 7D with 12mm and 25mm extension tubes. I used a 580EX II at 1/128th power that I held right beside the lens. I triggered the 580 wirelessly with a cheap ebay trigger. I've been using the ebay triggers even for portraiture, since both of the RadioPopper transmitters that I have took a shit and died a few months ago, one right after the other.
