Yes it's unfinished...and it has a crappy storyline...
and its really choppy....
and its really slow...
it's really stupid and not well done and i'm very very very sorry for that
i'll post the ending soon... the art program i was using decided to putter out
apparently 659 frames is too much :/
sorry again for the crappiness and poorness of it
part 2 (un-animated) will come in a day or 2

EDIT: here's some info >> when he says "but it was the glitch -" part 2 finishes the sentence. In the ending the person who comes is sour bill. That slide is finished just not.. put together.

the end of the short:
sour bill came to get the donut cops since they were taking too long
flashback ends
king candy tells them off and tells sour bill to take them to the fungeon
sour bills takes them to the fungeon
king candy sighs
the end oh ho ho beautiful ending isn't it
