Meanwhile, Lorna goes from good to bad depending on writer's whim (and whether or not she'd Mag's daughter)

She's been on the good side for the most part. Malice was controlling Polaris so this can be save that she was not a villain and she never was. Polaris is in fact Magneto's daughter since 1968. However the twins are not Magneto's kids any more.
