O3O Have been thinking about this disign for a while and even while drawinf I changed things...
Character:
A flirt. He uses his charms to get what he wants. He's gay, but still flirts with woman when he wants to. He wants to be an independant nation, but keeps his mouth shut about it. Very charismatic and doesn't use weapons to hurt, but words. He loves to manipulate people into doing stupid and dangerous things.
