I have found somehing on the internet which is funny:
The Americans has send an ambasidor to the Netherlands after ww2 to check how the rebuilding was going. The ambasidor and the minister president of the Netherlands were discussing all kinds of things. When the wife of the president came with the coffee and he got a single a biscuit he was sure that the Netherlands were doing a great job with the budget for rebuilding. ((for those who aren't Dutch: in the Netherlands it is commen to get a single cookie with each cup of coffee while in America it is normal to have a plte full of diffent kinds))
