First pannel: Franks (From Germany), Sweden as a Viking, excedantly drew Finland instead of Norway as a Viking (In the Netherlands we call vikings from Norway different than those from Sweden), France.

The Netherlands became part of the Holy Roman Empyre by Marriages from the Franks. We were at the same name as Austria for some reason (probably marriages).

The little boy in the second panel behind Belgium is Luxembourg by ~iPL0x [link]
And if you don't follow it: The guy in front of Belgium is the young Netherlands with long hair and no scar.
