Well the expalantion is that the US gets blamed for the economical crisis all the time. I could totally see him saying: "But he began"and pointing at the Netherlands. But the Dutch are not feeling it so much. I mean *copying from wiki* unemployment in the Netherlands is at 4.5% (August 2010)(US 17.1% or 9,9% in April 2010) – the lowest rate of all European Union member states... Population below poverty line: 10,5(not sure if it is % or not)(US 14,3% not sure if it's changed after you-know-what)..... Yeah I don't mind it so much.
