This all started with an innocent *coughnotcough* conversation between me and ~Ulyssesmoore ...
I don't remember how it started, but it had something to do with Uther executing too many people.. Just shouting execute like a dalek : D I originally intended to draw a Dalek with Uther's head, but this came out better.. So yeah Uther and Davros combined~ o3o

He still executes people for sorcery, but now the guards of camelot are daleks (with swords instead of lazer beams) : D Also he still has legs.. this is is throne(?) And he has a strong dislike for Time Lords/Ladies.
