This is a little preview of what I have been working toward this past year. I know it's not a lot, nor is it what you guys usually see from me, but I promised to give you all a little insight as to what I've been up to.This was a really quick value/lighting study done a few months back with no intention to submit it, mind you. But I'm getting really close to finishing an actual space painting, so consider this an appetizer.
I'm submitting this because I truly want to hear about EVERYTHING wrong with it.. with some constructive criticism of course

First off, I think it's awesome how you created this just with whites, grays, and blacks. I really like how the shapes are created from the play of light and shadows. It really does look like a cave where light is streaming in.
On the other hand... the leftmost white space looks like a guy walking to the left while wearing a thong. I think I failed this rorschach test. I'm so sorry. D:

Lol, it's okay. My friend told me the overall image looked like a white ghost. I definitely feel like the overall composition needs work, but I did what I could
