I did this one with a mapping program called 'Mappainter'.
But today (this one is a little bit older, even if I feature it now), I'm mapping with 'Tiled'
And of course, you need tiles to map, in this case I had tiles from Wesley and The Libertine.

Well often it fits, but not always. If thats the case, you have to adjust the tiles by yourself.
If not, do you understand german a little bit? These tilesets ( fanart.pokefans.net/tilesets/t⦠) are often suitable for Tiled.
