Description
Please stop talking, I can't breath.Five minute doodle, will most likley be moved to scraps.
I just felt like posting it.
I'm sure there are typos in here, and that this realy shoulden't be posted but I have to get off the computer in a minute so I don't really care.
Have you ever had to stand in front of a class, a crowd, or even in the front of the line at a store-- and that you find you can't breath? You feel like every ones staring at you, daring you to mess up?
Like it you fumble with your words, they'll think your a screw up, if you accidently order the wrong thing, answer with the wrong answer, trip, they will all think your stupid?
Have you every cared so much what other people think that as soon as you start thinking about it you can't stop--
your mind starts racing, with thoughts and questions-- you start thinking over every thing that could go wrong, never what could go right.
Your chest starts to tighten, your breathing comes quicker, your head starts to hurt and you can just feel the stinging in your eyes telling you your about to cry?
And then the tears slip down, and you have to slink off-- you can't be there you have to be some where. Because what if they see you crying? They'll laugh at you even more, right?
And then when it all starts to calm down, your breathing comes slower, your head stops hurting and all thats left of crying is the red around your eyes,
you think back onto what you just thought, and can't help but think that every thing you just imagined was the stupidest thing and that you shouldn't over react?
Have you ever felt like that?

I asked my mom about it and she said that it could be either social phobia, panic attacks or just being shy XD;

Hehe nice,my panic attacks where mostly because of "bottled emotions"and also having a few things happen to me nothing really bad though.
