I'm just surprised that she's not scared of him. She literally bounces off his shoulders to get his attention and you can see in all the pics that Axel is snarling at her, she just sits there.

She just craves attention. If I ignore her for even two seconds, she;ll start screaming until I go and pet her. She is very pack motivated, but it seems to be directed towards mainly Axel and myself, although she adores my brother (mom kinda hates her so there's a little tension between them)
