Weapons:
she carries two sabers named Trahison and Tentateur, two hooked blades and two throwing knives simply referred to as "les tallons". All of her weapons have a fixed ring at the end, allowing her to attach chains to them.

Poisons:

More than a few people have noted me claiming there are problems with all my poisons, and only listing their qualms about the arsenic (how there is a cure blah blah blah... but in actuality, a tolerance and the build up of that tolerance does not qualify as a cure, or antidote... but now im ranting XD)... so the arsenic has been removed. you'll just have to deal with the others now

-Alkaloid (batrachotoxin): A lethal neurotoxin. The lethal dose for a 150 lb human is 100 micrograms (or the weight of two grains of salt). This will kill a victim within thirty minutes of being poisoned. Symptoms will start with chest pain, feeling faint, and fatigue within the first two to three minutes. Afterwards, victims will have tunnel vision, a loss of balance and coordination, and a burning sensation of the skin. Eventually the toxin increases the heart rate to a point where petechial hemorrhaging occurs. The victim will go blind, and sometimes deaf, followed by violent spasms and muscle paralysis, including paralysis of the diaphragm, which leads to suffocation. At no point do the nerves cease to function, which translates to an excruciatingly painful death.

-Calciseptine: Yet another lethal poison in her arsenal. symptoms include a tingling sensation in the mouth and extremities, dizziness, erratic heartbeat, ptosis, diplopia (double vision), dysphagia, tunnel vision, ophthalmoparesis, severe confusion, dysarthria, fever, diaphoresis (excessive perspiration), excessive salivation (including foaming of the mouth and nose), and pronounced ataxia (lack of muscle control). If the victim does not receive medical attention, symptoms rapidly progress to severe abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting, lymphadenopathy, severe dyspnea (shortness of breath), epistaxis, pallor, shock, nephrotoxicity, cardiotoxicity, and paralysis. Eventually, the victim experiences convulsions, cardiac arrest, respiratory arrest, coma, and then death. This can occur between 15 minutes to two hours within being poisoned. Luckily, there is an antivenin, which Elise keeps on her at all times. As a result, it is one of her favorite venoms and is almost always applied to Trahison and one of les tallons. It is particularly effective as a means of interrogation.

-Belladonna poison: It's a simple poison she applies to les tallons. It's not lethal in any dosage, but can cause permanent effects such as blindness, deafness and paralysis of the area it was ingested from, but only in high doses. Otherwise, its effects are loss of coordination and balance, minor paralysis and stiffness of the joints. Its effects last for roughly a day, and will often subside with extended periods of rest.

Other tools of the trade:
-Sodium nitrate bombs. Sodium nitrate is an explosive metal which combusts upon contact with oxygen. She keeps small chunks of this metal in a glass vial, which is then thrown at an opponent. It doesn't so much explode as it does burst into flames.

Fighting style:
Elise attaches chains to the handles of every weapon that she uses, giving her the ability to throw and retrieve it with minimal effort. These chains have spring clips at both ends, and can be attached and detached in an instant. The chain is usually attached to her belt. She has two separate chains lining both of her arms, which are used as makeshift armor and spares should she need to detach a chain from her belt. The hooked blades can be used for climbing as well as fighting, and are often used to pin an opponent down. They are her favored weapon, and will always be the first ones used in a fight.

She generally will attack from a distance, and will often spin her body to keep the blades in motion without getting them tangled. This, as one might imagine is extremely hazardous to any bystanders.

Also, if she sees an opportunity to attack a person without putting herself at risk, she will.

Personality:
She cares for no one, feels attachment to nothing. She doesn't particularly like killing, but based on her history, it was the only option left for her.

The reason she doesn't care about anybody is she doesn't let anybody get close. She keeps people at a distance intentionally as a means of self defense. Trickery and deception fill every word she says. Everybody who ever truly knew her died, so her past is somewhat of a mystery.

She specializes in political assassination. She will often disguise herself and act her way through defenses. You never truly know who she is until she throws the first punch. Wigs, costumes, body suits (to change her shape) are all at her disposal. She may appear as a geisha to one opponent, or a fat butcher's wife to another. However, all of her disguises allow her to hide some of her weapons.

Hmmm, she is good humored (a necessary attribute for getting close to people), and will often "shoot the shit" with people just for fun. Not everything she does is meant for getting close to a mark.

Rumors... i suppose:

- she was once married, but killed her hubby soon after being wed to collect the inheritance.

- her presence has a euphoric effect on people

- she was part of a league of assassins, but later killed them all to protect herself

- she can poison somebody with a simple handshake or kiss

- she was part of a political death squad under Henry of Navaar

- she killed King Charlse IX

- she is trying to carry out the last wishes of somebody she loved

- she cares only for money
