These two seem to make up for what the other is lacking. Or do they instead cripple each other more?(Thnk about it - how does the seeing one tell the blind one what she sees?)

this is pretty creative. This has actually been done before by another manipper who conjoins his subjects (it's in my favorites somewhere). nice
