i originally just wanted to do a portrait but I like Toa so its of her.Imagine your being held and you have a flashlight pointing at her.
For anyone that thinks she is a softy OC she is, sometimes....

Wow. She is very pretty. It's a good pic I like the little smile she has. For some reason though it makes me think I can't trust her. o.o; She she's tryign to disarm my guard and then eat me at the first sign I'm smitten.

She looks beautiful! You're definitely improving, and fast.
The only obvious issues I see here are that it seems the different parts of the drawing were outlined with different sized pens, making some parts look crisp while others look blurry by comparison. Did you resize it while drawing? If so, I recommend tracing it afterwards (at least after you get the resizing done) so the lines are more consistent.
And a few spots exist where you colored outside the lines. It's a subtle thing, but if you catch it ahead of time it can make a real impact on the crispness and "quality look" of the final piece.
