The skin looks great here, even if a bit plastic-like if you want to find something negative about it.
On a second note, her expression seems a bit off, like she's blankly staring at nothing, which bothers me a bit, but could be just me.

Head placement anatomy is waaayy off. Considering her angle, its nearly impossible for her neck to be that far from her chin and still have her facing more or less straight on to the audience, if it was a three quarters view, it would be more understandable. Understandable since its traditional art though.
Other than that, this is another beautiful peice, withvery nice details in lighting, color, and so on. Gorgeous. I love her eyes and the coloring style.
