Description
While infiltrating (trespassing) Trask's lab facility, Deku and Future Eri learn that he had been keeping missing Quirk-Users contained for study and experimentation for his Sentinel program. One of these patients in particular unexpectedly happens to be the now powerless and helpless Kai Chisaki aka Overhaul. And Eri hasn't forgotten what he did to her and made her suffer through in her childhood.Β Part of my "My Hero Academia: Days of Future Past" idea.Drawn on pencil and ink, traced in Illustrator and colored in Photoshop by me.
Edit 11/09/19: Fixed up Eri's face a bit since it didn't look quite right looking back at it.

The onslaught of the Sentinels made the distinction between heroes and villains moot, so with the exception of the most sociopathic maniacs (like Muscular and Moonfish) it's likely all survivors ultimately banded together.

I can see both of them falling early because no one expected an enemy like the Sentinels back when they first appeared.
Unless he was killed midway, All For One may ironically be the only reason a resistance is still alive (members rendered unable to fight anymore may even give up their quirks to him voluntarily, so that he or someone else can use them), and he may be at his wits' end anyway because the Sentinels keep evolving and finding counters.
If I recall one of the older notes, Toga's got a role similar to Mystique here: she's the one who assassinated Trask (of course, even the villains would want Trask and his project out but they inadvertedly made him a martyr). If she was still alive in the future she'd want to fix that, and her present self would need to know; just knowing that Deku would be one of the first victims would be enough for her to recoil.
