I really like the contrast between the bright red ribbon and the black and white hands... it adds emphasis to the message. You certainly got the colour scheme spot on! The text is also sensitively placed to give a professional look. On top of all this it's for a great cause!

It is unfortuneate that Aids can't be totally stopped at this point in time, but hopefully ads that look as good as this one here will be able to strike inspiration into the hearts and minds of many other people, and get them to act, in order to make a better world, without disease. I don't know anybody with AIDS, personally but I feel for the people who have AIDS. This is a wonderful peice whether or not you won the contest or not. The two hands shaking reminds me of politics and agreeing on something. I love the contrast between the red and the grey photo of hands shaking. I also love the way the red ribbon wraps around their hands, it ties it all together and brings unity and balance into this ! Great job (=
