Ok, things went a bit wrong on her dress (T.T')

Character is Cirno, an ice fairy once again from touhou, nothing much to say about her apart that she is the "baka" of gensokyo and she loves to froze frogs and then bring them back to life (as you might imagine she fails a lot at it).
