Hi, so sooo sorry for not uploading Al earlier. I had planned to, but all this other stuff came up whenever I wanted to. Anyways, it's the 3rd of my series like this, Ed 1st [link] , Win 2nd [link]

This is one of my earliest pieces done all traditionally! (gasps 0.0) Colored pencil, which I'm obviously not that good at XT, and a little touch up in Photoshop to make the ears, eyes more visible.

The whole series is actually entitled "FMA Faerie Fun with Fungi". I took the faerie part out of the title so no one would mistake it for the other meaning of faerie. But according to my dictionary, faerie and pixie were interchangable, so I went w/ pixie.

The series was inspired by a bad sketch of Ed that had given him pointy ears accidentally. Immediately, faeries came to mind.

The tie-in with fungi, came because of pictures I had taken of various mushrooms and the like. This is one of the those big white ones I see in the woods, I always could envision as a big umbrella. I didn't mean to make him look so sad, it just ended up that way.

Everyone's wings are based on a fly's wings, which I studied the colors and structure of, to make it a little more interesting. Their clothing's supposed to be a little more folksy, earthy-like to match their surroundings more. The outfit is my idea.
