One wise lady in Canada once told me on rainy days in the mountains with low-hanging clouds, go seek a gorge. It's not a bad advice. At least if you are out to see something... This is the Breitachklamm in southern Germany. The most beautiful gorge in Germany! Well, that's what it is advertised as. The constant need of advertisements to resort to the use of superlatives is quite repulsive imho... Nevertheless, it is indeed a beautiful gorge. And it's a popular destination as well but we went early enough so it wasn't crowded at all.

Due to the nature of panoramics the warp effect results in an extremely compressed mid part of the picture. In reality it's much more stretched - as in, it's a decently long fall. However, I wanted to show it from top to bottom which was impossible to do in a single shot.

The panorama has been stitched in Photoshop Elements 14 from 8x RAW (horizontal), handheld.
