Biography: Enma was born into a family that specialized in channeling the departed, fortune telling, and other spiritual activities of the like. He doesn't recall much of his earlier life, but he can say that his training began at a young age and that he was ready to live independently by the time he was entering adulthood. As part of his family's tradition, he was to spend some time living on his own, showing off his line of work and helping more people believe in the paranormal. He left his home, initially excited at the prospect of finding success and making his family proud, but things didn’t quite go as he had expected. Enma quickly discovered that jobs calling for spirit mediums were rather scarce. He spent years travelling from village to village with little luck before eventually giving up. He was tired of aimlessly wandering about and his ambition to succeed had long since faded. The Ninetales found a home on the outskirts of Momiji, took up a job as an apothecarist, and has been living happily ever since.
