These are basically the Fearow replacements for my region

Cygini
Normal/Flying
evolves at lvl 25 into
Since it is still young it is unable to fly properly. Therefore it uses its dark coloring to its advantage, and only comes out at night.

Plumiswan
Dark/Flying
Now that it has matured, it no longer has to hide in the darkness yet it sometimes still does, seeing at it is hard to break a habit. It can also use its beauty to deceive others and either attacks or flees.
