A procrastination request I'm getting fixed for anonymous person Lucario character chilling in their bubble ball & recent request of Ethans four ocs inside bubbles floating in the sky at the beach.

I know there is some things that might need to be fixed, I will try doing it in the outline portion of the drawing. Otherwise, enjoy the temporary uncolored version.

Besides that I wonder how those 4 pokemon in the sky got caught in them? Was it a bubble machine? Was it the beach water itself? Quite a mystery here.
