I used wood (try to get not heavy one), a wooden stuff, lots of modelling clay (again light). And don't forget to grind and smooth everything out.

also das grundgerüst aus einem holzstab und dünnen holzplatten. die formen sind dann aus leichter und schwerer modelliermasse.
und das viele schleifen darf man auch nicht vergessen X_x
