he looks so haunted by whatever is going through his mind, like it costed him weeks of no sleep. everytime he hears a key in the door, he runs to see who it is, only to find the sound is wholly within his mind. The shadows on the wall reflect what he's trying to run from, and his only hope is to be blinded by staring into the rising sun. Even then, that sweetness is bitter because it means one more day of restless mindplay, because thats all he seems capable of doing.
