I have to say this is the most accurate Lulu I have seen. Ever belt is spot on. I was wondering did you connect your handmade belts to the leather skirt of the dress or did you make a separate underskirt to attach the belts to? I would think your handmade belts would be much lighter than using real belts so there might be a possibility of not making an underskirt.

You are absolutely right, the belts were much lighter, but still heavy enough to pull on the dress. So I made a sort of underskirt, and connected the dress to the belt-skirt with velcro to keep it all in place

Your outfit has to be the best one I've ever seen! Many Lulu cosplayers always add random belts but you made them exactly how they're supposed to be! And the designs on the dress are beautiful! ^^
