Many thanks, my friend ! With the new layout, though, it seems that DDs remain widely unnoticed. Strange concept that dA has developed here, I still do not understand why they have removed DDs from the main message pages. I have frequently noticed there when friends received this type of recognition

I'm sure the DA design team means well, and I can totally understand and appreciate their need for keeping this site à la mode both aesthetically, and function wise. But having said that, and as much as I love the new layout, I admit I was very disappointed by their decision to do away with the footer that displayed the DDs. Perhaps they were unable to get the coding right, who knows?
Anyway, here's hoping that the DA team finally sees the significance of that tiny section at the bottom of the page, and what it means to the DA community, and work towards not only bringing our beloved footer back, but making it even better than ever!

How is the new neighborhood ? Did you meet any new neighbors ?

New neighborhood looks great, lots of houses but lots of trees too. Bank and grocery store and all sorts of amenities within walking distance. We met the gentleman who lives in the house immediately behind ours, he's the father of our landlord and seemed like a very nice guy. And we met our landlord - I'd only met the real estate agent before - and liked him a lot. All seemed good - now just have to do the final final packing and then go.

Though still I do not understand why dA is hiding the DDs now from the main message page. This way it hardly attracts attention - imho. If I had not received some nice congratulations I would have hardly noticed the reward to be honest ....
