It's just a WIP 
I finally decided to finish it!! I colored Near about 2 months ago And I got too lazy to start Mello!! But ...I starte today!! 
I really hope you'll like it!!

It looks pretty good so far, if you want some constructive comment, try making Near's face a little thinner, at least on the chin. Really nice job making the smooth shading.
