wow, this is damn cool. by far my favorite tribal tat design. I love the upward movement. It looks as if its diving upward. then the horizontal lines make it look as if it has arms spread out like some master or supreme being who has complete control, then it looks as if the 'arms' go down as if to make an upward arrow. this is an ingenious design. I look at it and see a lot of things and different meanings that were probably never even intended to be there. truly great work.
