What's better than Kiyone? Two Kiyones!And a smidgen of KAIN.
Sketched in 0.5 lead mechanical pencil and inked in with 0.35 micron pens (along with 0.25 and 0.5). I have to say, I'm pretty much satisfied with the inking in the end.
This idea was sparked from the concept of the dynamic trio here fighting off an army of Necronomicon-ified Juraians. I have to say, one of these days I'm going to end up being tempted to draw necronomicon-ified Juraians.
If you want to see the original concept I was going to use for this picture, it's in my scraps version [link] . In the end, I decided NOT to pollute the picture with the likes of Seto, Airi, Tenyo, Azusa, and those other four skankirifi- I mean lovely ladies from GXP (In the last episode with those four ladies that Seto sent to seduce Seina). Even if it would of been funny as hell to see necronomicon-ified Juraians.
It would of ruined the picture in the end. :sigh:
Once again, I cleaned this one up a bit with the use of the Brightness/Contrast option in Jasc PSP8. It looks much more sharp as opposed to using the eraser button to clean up every little smudge.

The actual 'evil' and just the 'bad' (or maybe naughty is a better word), I tend to like. For example, I'd take Urd over Belldandy any day of the week! There are some sweethearts I like too, though.

Now I'm reminded a bit of Harley Quinn and the Joker from Batman: The Animated Series. Kinda, she had that sweetness, but was quite a nutjob (besides falling for someone like the Joker legitimately) while her lover was well.... the Joker. Need I say more about him?

But anyway! KAIN is drawn very well, though doesn't he have long black lines from under his arms? (ugh just look at KAIN, I don't know how to say it

Hold onto that thought, I've got a great idea for a drawing of your Evil Kiyone. 
Yeah, Evil Kiyone's height isn't very accurate here (I blame my piss poor planning when I sketched this). So you're right about her in that she's supposed to be taller here.
As for KAIN, his arms and hands kill me. I mean, his face is so easy to do, but the body is another issue.
Seriously, I have the most difficult time drawing them correctly and not the best references when trying to get a good view of the hands and arms. Hey, KAIN may be blob-like, but he's got intricate details like the black blob-string-thingamabob lines, the little peices of darkness/blob parts that eminates from him, or how some more blob lines (like the ones from his arms, except smaller) eminates from his body. Er... >_> Damn, I want to go draw him again.
One of these days, KAIN! I'm going to do just on your body!
