Really nice shot! I love how the leaves look against the worn wood. Such a nice contrast!
Was the ivy really red? Or did you color adjust it? I've never seen regular English Ivy that red! Poison ivy I've seen that red though!

Thank you very much! The ivy is red on the fence, I didn't change the colour... I have no idea what kind of ivy it is though

The ivy is some sort of English Ivy - you can look it up online if you're interested.
I'm just curious because I know that type of ivy can turn a little bit red, very faintly, but never so brilliant. I'll have to ask my mom, she's a botanist. Did you do any increase in saturation or anything? Or is the image pure?

I increased the saturation, it was a weird red before I did some work in PS on it

This is beautiful the way the leaves are so vibrant in color and the wood lacking color.

oh wow! great job Donzie
this looks so awsome! the red is so vibrant and yet so warm. great composition in this pic, i like how the leaves just seem to fall into 3 columns. theres a really natural contrast between the reds ands the bark. it looks amazing how something usually described as just "plain red" has picked up so many different tones and shades. very beautiful

Very very nice!
Of course the contrast is amazing, shot against the dead of wood, with the brilliant red showing thru, its a fantastic compisition, and filling the frame was a great addition. Framind is lovely as well, just an awesome capture.
Good work.
