The next character is Rem from Re:Zero. She is one of the main supporting characters of the light novel and anime series as a younger twin demon maid sister to Ram. In order to distinguish between those two, Rem has a blue hair, while Ram has a red hair. Unfortunately, Subaru, the main protagonist of this isekai series, has been untrusted by her for having the Witch's scent, because she has a huge hatred over the Witch's Cult, only for her to kill him. Luckily, he just respawned, like if he have experienced death one too many times. Later times, she became friends with Subaru, assisting him out with her morningstar and her water magic. If you want to look further about her, feel free to either read the light novel or watch an anime , but I highly recommend you watch the first episode before you reach up to see Rem. Unfortunately, this is the Director's Cut for the anime.
