Adorable little princess!!! Well, actually, I don't if she is a princess, since now Cadence and shinning Armor are rulers of the empire...wait, should that titled them as King and Queen of the empire by now?

Lauren Faust (Aka the creator of G4 MLP) said that because Disney has often portrayed kings or queens as villains, she didn't want to call the princesses queens. Princess Celestia was actually going to be Queen Celestia originally.
This is also why the villains King Sombra and Queen Chrysalis have the higher title instead of being Princess Chrysalis and Prince Sombra. The titles of King and Queen are reserved for antagonists.
The only times there have been non-antagonists with king and queen titles were Kings Guto and Grover of the griffin kingdom, and even then griffins aren't entirely good-natured characters, and Queen Novo who is arrogant and self-obsorbed in a way.

In MLP they use king and queen for EVIL characters, so no, they wont ever be king or queen, they will always stay as PRINCESS and PRINCE, so, that would make flurry a princess
