This is art I did for a poster I was planning on passing out at a local comics convention, but, the con being anime-centered, I chickened out. I'm passing out smaller prints at work and whatnot, to pimp my website.Finn the dragon in a Buddha-like position, after the style of the Buddha at the Byodo-In Temple in Hawaii. I liked the semi-religious implications, even though he is technically a demon. No, I don't mean it to be symbolic, really. I had fun doing it and I think it looks neat.
Drawn by hand, thank you. Colored with Prismacolor pencils.

Have I mentioned how much I love your coloring? It's so cool the way the colors come out very bright and very bold, yet there's still tehe shading in all the right places.
Very cool idea with the religious fun. It's something to think about without getting into a whole big inner meaning, and has a calming effect.
